CRO Specialist job description

Vertical Leap is one of the UK’s top search and digital agencies. We are looking for bright, ambitious Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) specialists to manage the delivery of CRO marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing campaigns and ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard.

Core responsibilities

  • Manage CRO projects from strategy through to implementation.
  • Identify, test, implement, and iteratively refine conversion points throughout the marketing journey.
  • Optimising for user experience (UX).
  • Manage and optimise landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and related key pages including lead-generating forms.
  • A/B test and measure the performance of CTAs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate campaign activity and collaborate on actions relating to optimisation of landing page design including with creative and search marketing teams.
  • Report on results, provide recommendations and strategies for continued improvement.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships.
  • Exceed client expectations and performance goals on a daily basis.

Person specification

  • 1-3 years in-house or agency CRO experience.
  • Experience with web analytics packages, A/B testing tools, and other data sources.
  • Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good understanding of internet technology especially HTML.
  • Sense of humour, critical-thinker, and a proactive problem-solver

  • Full flexibility regarding a combination of work from home/office working with remote working equipment provided.
