FatFace is an online retailer with a huge website and 234 retail outlets across the UK. Since the start of our partnership in 2018, our main focus has been to increase the online visibility and brand awareness of their local stores, ensure their product pages are correctly managed in response to their fast-changing online ranges, and to provide them with engaging, season-related content.
Due to the size of this campaign, our team regularly works at the FatFace office – this has helped us develop a really strong relationship with their marketing team and means we can be on-hand to support them in person. Projects have included: Content audits and analysis, optimising all of their Google My Business pages and creating hundreds of product landing pages.
Following the success of the UK campaign (which includes a 38% increase in organic sessions and a 127% increase in revenue to date), we were then appointed to deliver a location-themed content project for the US.
