Hillier is a highly regarded garden retailer with 19 centres across the UK. They originally appointed us to build a new eCommerce website for them, and since then we have worked closely with their marketing team to increase visibility of the site online, drive more qualified traffic, and ultimately increase online sales.
So far, we have helped them achieve some fantastic results including a 100% increase in transaction value through Google Search Ads and a 752% return on ad spend for the higher value Performance Max campaign.
We provide a range of services for Hillier, including Google Search Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. A key area of focus in Q1 2022 was setting up Performance Max campaigns. By Q2 almost half of all transactions were coming from this campaign. On paid social, we have launched various campaigns including competitions to win prizes. We also set up Facebook Shops which allows Hillier to advertise products to users without them having to navigate through different platforms.
Our CRO team is continually testing different areas of the site to ensure the hard-earned PPC and SEO traffic doesn’t go to waste – this includes regular audits, A/B testing colours, sticky footers etc.
