In this seminar, we’ll show you how to use data and UX together to significantly improve the performance of your website, or other digital products. We’ll take you through a data-driven process to user experience and show you some of the tools and techniques we use on a daily basis. We’ll also show you lots of real life examples of how we are using UX to improve our customers’ websites.

In the second half, we’ll get a bit more interactive. We’ll spend some time looking at each other’s websites and carry out some UX exercises so that you can take home some useful action points.
