Below is an overview of the top level stats from Google for queries, impressions, clicks and ad depth for the retail industry in Q1 2021, compared to Q1 2020. There have been significant increases across the board but also an increase in ad depth which means competition in the search results is getting fiercer.   • 13% overall search growth compared to the previous year
  • 66% increase in clicks 
  • 66% of searches on mobile phones
